Seven Arches takes the Bournemouth Main Line over the River Wey, between Weybridge and Byfleet. It is constructed mostly of yellow brick. The arches are segmental, but close to being a complete semi-circle. The viaduct was originally built to carry two tracks, but has been widened on both sides, with considerable batter to the piers.

The arch rings on the up side (northern) extension are in blue engineering brick, but those on the down side are not.

The original structure and the extensions either side can be seen in this photograph. The old viaduct is suffering much more from water penetration than the newer parts.
