Chipstead station, in the village of that name, opened in 1897, is on the ex-SECR Tattenham Corner line between Woodmansterne and Kingswood. The station buildings are no longer used by the railway having been sold for private use during the 1990s. A small pre-fabricated building on the Up platform serves as the ticket office.
