LB&SCR Steam Locomotive Headcodes

The headcodes detailed on this page are those used by the London Brighton & South Coast Railway from 1881. The majority of routes had two sets of headcodes, the Ordinary for timetabled trains and the Special for others. Either no discs or various disc combinations were shown during daylight hours, with green and white lamps used during darkness, to designate the following routes:-
(N.B. Nº67 has "London and New Cross" which would appear to be a mistake, surely it should be: "London Bridge and New Cross".
